What you need to know about Blisstopia Box...
Payment Info: All orders must be placed through our shopping cart. We accept credit card payments and bank account transfers through Paypal. Once payment has been received, your order will be in production to ship.
Shipping: We ship via USPS Mail - if you prefer a different method of shipping, please contact us before you place your order and we will try to accommodate. For each box our shipping charge is $5.00.
Blisstopia Box does not ship internationally. For local orders, please place your order and the calculated shipping charges and sales tax are the same as the shipping of one item. Please do check out normally through our shopping cart. Please note in the shopping cart or email directly that you would like local delivery.
Blisstopia Box is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or lost packages. Please be aware that during hot summer months or cold winter months with temperatures of extreme heat or cold, that the products may melt or separate. We are not responsible for these damages.
How long will it take to receive my order?: We will ship out all in-stock items the following day after your order is placed. (Monday-Friday). Please allow for USPS Holiday schedules. We are located in Illinois, so USPS delivery could take from 2-7 days depending on your location.
Liability Policy: There is a complete ingredient list on all the products, because I know that you care about what goes into your body products. Since the products use many natural ingredients and are handmade, the possibility of a skin irritation or allergic reaction is slim, but it is still a possibility. If you are unsure if a product will be compatible with your skin type, please test a small area of skin, and wait 24 hours to see if any rash or irritation occurs. If nothing appears, you should be safe. If you experience any abnormal reactions, please discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

Other: Sensitive skin - please note that we scent all of our products - if you have sensitive skin, please order with this is mind. Scents containing cinnamon, almond, pumpkin and gingerbread have been known to be irritating or "itchy" to people with sensitive skin - please be careful with these scents and do a patch test first.
Colored Products: - we do color our body products, you may notice a slight change in color due to the fragrance oils and essential oils - blends containing vanilla usually change colors - please note that this does not affect the quality of the product.
Custom Orders: We do not do custom orders at this time. Each Blisstopia Box is sold as is.
Order cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is already in production. All sales are final do to the personal nature of our products.
Sales Tax: We collect 8.25% sales tax to all customers in the state of Illinois
What do you do with my personal infomation: Blisstopia Box will never sell, loan, rent, or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance.
Gift Tags: We enclose a gift tag with every order. I can personalize your tag to the recipient or just say thank you if you are treating yourself.
